The square becomes a round. We were facing a big challenge in 2018 when planning the residence of the Swiss Ambassador in Athens: How to furnish a reception room where different sized groups from 8 to 32 guests could be hosted? We came up with a four-table-solution. The AMBASSADOR dining table is both, square and round. When it is round, it can host up to 8 people. The tables’ round edges can be easily folded away so that several of the tables can be juxtaposed to host a long, festive banquet. If a table is not needed, it can be placed against a wall and serve as a buffet. With its beautiful wooden tabletop and its central, cone-shaped and mat metal pedestal, this versatile player slides smoothly into private dining areas, seminar settings as well as public restaurants.
